This book is a history of the Dobermann and has pictures of many of the Champion dogs and bitches from the beginning of the Doberman to almost the current time. All with pictured, parentage, year of birth and description of dog, awards etc. A few pages of pedigrees at the rear of the book. Again an excellent book for anyone researching pedigrees. The focus is on the European Doberman but the American Doberman is also mentioned. Many of the German and Dutch winners were exported to America in the Thirties, so it is easy to understand the high quality of many American Dobermans featured in this Doberman History.
