What are your acceptable methods of payment?
4M Enterprises takes all major credit cards including: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa. As well as Checks and Money Orders

All Payments must be made in U.S. currency and merchandise must be paid for before the items are shipped. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

What is your return policy?
Returned merchandise must be returned unused and in saleable condition within 15 days of the invoice date. Please include your name, address, invoice number and date, as well as the reason for the return and instructions on how you would like to be credited, e.g. to your credit card account, refund check, or exchange for another title. All returns are subject to a $1.50 service charge except in the case of a mistake on our part or a misprinted book

What are your shipping fees?
Orders within the United States are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Allow 3 to 10 working days for delivery.

Orders between $30.01 and $60.00 are $7.50
Orders between $60.01 and $100.00 are $9.50
Orders over $100.00 are shipped for FREE

We also offer:
UPS Next Day Air at an additional $20.00
UPS 2nd Day Air at an additional $ 9.00

Canadian Customers
Will be charged actual postage on all orders
Orders are shipped via
Air Parcel Post (estimated delivery time 5-10 days)- Insurance is included
Global Priority (estimated delivery time 4-6 days) – No Insurance Available
Global Express (estimated delivery time 3-5 days)- Tracking & Insurance are included

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be insured.
Customer is responsible for any and all duty fees and brokerage services.

For International Orders
For orders to Mexico, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Japan, and China we ship via
Air Parcel Post (estimated delivery time 5-10 days) – Insurance is included
Global Priority (estimated delivery time 4-6 days) – No Insurance Available
Global Express (estimated delivery time 3-5 days)- Tracking & Insurance are included br>
For orders to other countries not listed here,
we will e-mail you with shipping options and wait for your reply before sending.

The customer can choose either method and is charged the actual cost of shipping the package.
We pay for insuring the package.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Order total must be $100.01 or more. Order must ship all at once to US addresses (lower 48 states) only. Expedited shipping not included (i.e. Next Day or Second Day Air)
